ServSafe® Food Management Training & Certification

Food Managers can earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Our ServSafe® program includes food safety training, educational materials, and exams.
The training session incorporates the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience. All content is based on actual job tasks identified by food service industry experts.
In order to become certified, one must pass the exam with a score of 75 percent or better.
The ServSafe® certification is valid in all 50 states.
The certification is valid for five (5) years from the date of issue in the state of California. Years of validity vary in other states.

- Preventing cross-contamination
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Safe food preparation
- Receiving and storing food
- Methods of thawing, cooking, cooling, and reheating food
